My Name is Aitor Laucirica
My father introduced me to my first 35mm camera when I was seven years old, years later I worked as a photographer assistant at a local photo studio where I learned more about photography, lighting, and the basics of the dark room to reveal pictures.
After graduate from High-School I was accepted at the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru where I studied Arts and Graphic Design, during those years of learning and training I was introduced to different art technics including drawing, oil painting, sculpture, Graphic Design and of course Photography. After taking pictures for a long time to my family members and friends, they encouraged me to start this new adventure, so I started offering my services to other people who also became my friends. I can't describe how excited I feel every time I visit a friend's house and see my photos hanging on their walls.
Proud father of two amazing boys, I’ve been happily married for more than 14 years, my wife is my best friend and supporter, and helped me to follow my dreams and passion for photography. When I’m not working or taking pictures, I love to play drums, cook, and spend time with my family and friends.
Photography has been always on my heart since I was a child, take pictures is more than just a click on my camera, take a picture for me is to preserve a moment... a newborn in the family, the candid smile of our kids while playing, the noble faces of our parents or grandparents sharing with our sons, the engagement of a couple in love, or the emotions and happiness of a bride and groom at their Wedding Day.
I've been blessed to travel with my camera around our country and also abroad, covering events of different kind at different destinations. It would be a pleasure to assist you with all your photography needs.
